Opening a yoga studio started off as a dream back in 2022. That dream became reality when Yoga with Kileen opened its doors in February of 2024. The inside of the studio is greatly inspired by nature and has a lot to offer. The goal was to create a comfortable and emotionally safe environment where people could come together to practice yoga. Whether members are driven by fitness goals, or simply looking for a form of stress relief, this studio welcomes all.

Meet Kileen

Hello, here is a little bit about me. I am originally from Florida but was raised here in Georgia. I am 31 years old and a mother to two human children and two fur children.

I enjoy yoga, painting, kayaking, and anything outdoors with my family. I have been actively doing yoga for over 7 years now, but some major life changes back in 2020 started my journey to become a yoga teacher. I enrolled in teacher training at Peachtree Yoga in February 2022 and graduated June 2022.
I have been teaching since. I continue to learn and grow every class and am excited to see what the future holds.

Meet Melody

Melody began teaching yoga in 2018- fresh out of Savannah Yoga Center’s 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. Continued trainings including Yin Yoga and Trauma Sensitive Yoga have influenced her style- her classes are beginner friendly, focusing on student-led progression with a heartfelt touch. She strives to bring love and lightheartedness to her teaching through her gentle demeanor. She believes that yoga truly is for everyone as mindfulness is the root of the practice. 

The lessons and perspective gained from studying yoga guide her in everyday life and have deeply contributed to who she is. Her greatest inspiration is found in the students who continue to show up and remind her why she loves to teach. She is honored to be welcomed into this community and can’t wait to see you in class!

Meet Jennifer

Jennifer’s journey to yoga began as a way to make peace with change, grief, and uncertainty—and quickly became a lifelong practice of healing, presence, and connection. With a background in public service and emergency response, Jennifer brings a grounded, compassionate presence to every class she leads.

She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with YogaRenew, and holds additional certifications in Children’s Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Mindfulness from YogaRenew, as well as Teaching Yoga to Students in Larger Bodies through Yoga For All Bodies. Her classes are welcoming and accessible, often blending strength with softness, and always rooted in mindfulness and self-compassion.

Outside the studio, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her daughters, hiking, painting, reading and writing, and sipping good coffee. She aspires to live a hygge-inspired life—simple, cozy, and full of heart—and is passionate about helping others find moments of peace and empowerment through yoga. She’s honored to be part of the Yoga with Kileen community and looks forward to sharing space with you soon..

Studio Classes

We offer a variety of group classes in studio throughout the week. These include basics, flow, stretch, and chair yoga. Other styles are periodically offered and will be announced when scheduled.

Private Yoga

Private one on one or couples’ yoga for those looking for a more personalized practice. This can be done in the studio or at another agreed upon location.

Events and Group Yoga

Group yoga for private events and get togethers. Also available for Aqua yoga if the location has a pool.

Yoga Basics

Beginner-friendly and supportive, this class combines stretching, strengthening, and balance work. Extra time is given to break down each pose so you can learn safe alignment and discover what works best for your body.

Stretch

Focused on flexibility and mobility, this class uses props, mindful breathing, and longer holds to help gently open the body. Most of the practice is done seated or lying down.

Chair Yoga – Level 1

A completely seated, mat-free class designed to be safe and accessible for anyone with limited mobility or balance concerns. Gentle movements improve circulation, flexibility, and ease.

Chair Yoga – Level 2

This class builds on Level 1, incorporating small hand weights for strength and moving through both seated and standing poses. The chair is used for support, making traditional yoga shapes more accessible while improving balance.

Flow

An energetic, intermediate-paced class that links movement and breath. Expect strengthening sequences, standing poses, and opportunities for challenge. Some prior yoga experience is helpful, but all are welcome.

Gentle Flow + Slow Down

This class begins with steady warm-ups and accessible standing poses, moving at a slower pace with time to settle into each posture. The practice closes with restorative poses supported by props, offering a calming way to end the day.

Yin Yoga

Yin invites stillness and depth. Using gravity, time, and breath, floor-based poses are held for 2–5 minutes to gently stress connective tissues and release tension. Props are often used for support. While similar to restorative, Yin can feel more intense, requiring focus and presence. Expect hip openers, folds, and gentle backbends.

All Levels Flow

Designed for everyone. Options are offered throughout so you can choose your pace and intensity. Whether you’re new to yoga or more experienced, this class lets you meet your practice exactly where you are.
